I'm Cassie, 45, they/them, UK-based, and apparently it is once again 2006 and I have discovered a message board. 😂

I’m into tennis, books, fandom, fanfic and Taylor Swift, with Jannik Sinner currently occupying an entirely unreasonable amount of my brain space. I’m also AuDHD, proudly neurosparkly, and a lifelong internet gremlin.

I was around for the great age of forums, MSN, LiveJournal, terrible web design, personal websites/blogs, animated GIFs, glitter graphics and signatures that were approximately 14 lines long, so finding this place has given me a frankly ridiculous amount of nostalgia.

I’ve actually re-discovered fanlistings recently too, which has sent me headfirst down an extremely nostalgic rabbit hole of building little websites and collecting buttons. I’m also still active on Tumblr, so I never really escaped the old internet - I just followed it around as it evolved. 😂

I’m looking forward to meeting people, finding interesting threads to fall down, and generally rediscovering the joy of chatting to strangers on the internet about extremely specific yet very random things.
