I was around for the great age of forums, MSN, LiveJournal, terrible web design, personal websites/blogs, animated GIFs, glitter graphics and
signatures that were approximately 14 lines long, so finding this place has given me a frankly ridiculous amount of nostalgia.
I’ve actually re-discovered fanlistings recently too, which has sent me headfirst down an extremely nostalgic rabbit hole of building little websites
and collecting buttons. I’m also still active on Tumblr, so I never really escaped the old internet - I just followed it around as it evolved.
