It does look like archive.org has quite a few snapshots of it, and you should till be able to grab the .zip files! I tested a couple and they are

yeah but im also talking about the haibane renmei one, it has no css or header images. i already restored my favorite two and uploaded to the archive

aw that sucks!! thats the worst... not a small and cute scale site like this but i remember when quizilla died for good... i checked my email so late
